The City’s Coolest Gets a Culture Fix Ft. Art Mumbai 2025
If Mumbai had a personality, Art Mumbai would be its most sophisticated alter ego; effortlessly cultured, endlessly curious, and just a bit glamorous. This coming week, from the 13th to the 16th of November, Mahalaxmi Racecourse will trade horses for art as the city’s culture circuit (and everyone who likes to be near them) flocks to the third edition of Art Mumbai.
It’s not an art fair anymore, it’s a scene.

The Galleries: Big Names, Big Energy
Over 80 exhibitors are rolling in, and the line-up reads like an A-list art party. Expect heavyweights like Vadehra Art Gallery, Chemould Prescott Road and TARQ rubbing shoulders with international cool kids such as Lisson Gallery and Ben Brown Fine Arts.
In other words, you’ll find the best of both worlds. Bring your walking shoes and your camera roll; you’ll need both!
The Sculpture Park: Where Art Meets Open Air
One of this year’s show-stoppers? A stunning outdoor Sculpture Park dedicated to women sculptors. Picture this: large-scale installations in steel, ceramic, bronze and beyond, scattered across the lush racecourse lawns. It’s equal parts art walk, picnic, and feminist power move; a reminder that big ideas (and bold sculptures) need space to breathe.

The Talks: Smart People Talking About Smart Things
Between the panels, the talks, and the occasional heated debate, you’ll get a crash course in everything from how to collect art without auction-level anxiety to how the Asian art market is quietly rewriting global trends.
Artists, curators, collectors: basically, all the people who make the art world tick will be there to debate, inspire, and occasionally disagree (politely). Grab a seat early, as these sessions fill up faster than the VIP lounge.
Beyond the Booths: A Whole Mood
Forget the idea of an art fair being just rows of paintings. Art Mumbai 2025 is more immersive than ever. Expect guided walks, live performances, and off-site events that make “afterparty” sound almost too basic. There’s even a VIP programme with private collection tours and artist meetups, if you’re in that circle (or can finesse your way in).

The Big Picture
Art Mumbai 2025 isn’t just about art; it’s about energy. It’s where creative worlds collide, where ideas spill over coffee cups, and where Mumbai’s chaotic charm finds its most expressive form.
Whether you’re an art collector, a curious wanderer, or just someone who likes being where the action is, this fair promises a feast for the eyes, mind, and your Instagram grid.
